Finding Freedom is not so much a "doing" as it is an "undoing"....
And that is what recreation is for me!
Time is crazy for all of us, so I have found what works for me!
Yoga right out of bed....
Yoga after a daily workout (which I will explain later)
Yoga before crawling into bed!
So as you can see Yoga is my anti-stress!
Let's Break it down......
I wake up and do a 10 minute Yoga Podcast with my IPod
(it is a free podcast downloaded from I-Tunes)
Then my "main" workout is riding my bike, running, anything cardio. And then I cool down with a audio Yoga
(that was free from I-Tunes)

Now before bed I totally need to unwind.....more Yoga!
