Breakfast starts with a Smoothie.......

I blend fruit with water/baby coconut and things like Hemp Protien Powder.
Easy recipe (feeds 2...share with someone you love);
1 baby coconut (meat and water) or just 1 c. water
2 bananas
1 mango
2 handfuls of Spinach....trust me here, it's good
1 orange (add a touch of the peel..mmmm)
*Blend away and enjoy!


Lunch can be a GIANT Salad;
Yup, fill your plate or lunch box!
*Salad greens such as spinach, or kale, or romaine are my personal favorites (stay away from a "head of lettuce" at the store, it has NO nutrient value)!
*Sprouts I love red clover sprouts, or alfalfa sprouts!!!
*Celery, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, avacado (its ok to eat a whole one, good healthy fats.
*Sesame Seeds #1 source of calcium that your body can actually use...I know not related to a cow at all...haha!
**Now I have to end my meals sweetly, so I will pack a few dried figs! They don't affect my blood sugar!!!
Dinner for me (the raw thing...) might be SPAGHETTI;
Recipe;
"Noodle" a Zuchinni in spirals (whether you use a hand tool or spirilizer it tastes the same...)
Blend the following for your "Spaghetti Sauce";
15 cherry tomatoes (or a couple full size tomatoes)
4 baby carrots (or two full-size carrots)
1 green onion (finely chopped)
oregano
salt & pepper to taste
*Slice a cucumber and lay it on your plate, sprinkle a little salt....Mmmmm
*Or grab some celery and some RAW almond butter and dip and crunch!
